Registered Behavior Technician, Home Based at Proud Moments ABA
Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization that provides the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. BTs are an essential part of the treatment team, providing one‑to‑one specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a home‑based setting.

Responsibilities

• Fun, creative, and innovative ideas to engage your client
• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analystdbo (BCBA)
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plan and report progress
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the Muchas needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up withumfang clients as they move about the session area; this includes standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children ages
CONST 2‑15 years
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
Qualifications
• Humb current/active RBT certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high‑priority tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Salary: $19‑27 per hour
