Coverage Area: California, Washington, and Oregon

Travel: 80% within region

Be the Best Regional VP Operations, Hospice You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
• 10-15 years of management experience-multi site required
• 7-10 years in healthcare experience, preferably on a large geographic scale
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Nursing or equivalent experience required
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid required
• Strong P&L experience required

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the financial oversight of the region, including analysis of financial statements and activity reports to ensure the business objectives are met.
• Implements and manages operational and revenue budgets while creating strategic plans to maximize profitability, market share, and the efficient use of capitol.
• Delivers effective and consistent leadership and support to locations within his/her assigned area of responsibility by communicating the organizations’ goals, priorities, and professional standards with the team that meet or exceed company objectives.
• Work closely with operational management to innovate and carry out plans of correction as needed while encouraging his/her branch employee’s adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
