About the Role
The Regional Vice President of Development will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our Full-Service brands on the East Coast. This will involve:
Understanding the hotel industry and franchise development process
Analyzing and evaluating hotel markets to determine potential growth opportunities
Developing relationships with owners, operators, and franchisees
Representing Hyatt at key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
5+ years of hotel franchise sales and development experience
Established relationships with owners, operators, consultants, and management companies
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals and driving business results
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
