You’ll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.Note: This role is remote-friendly but candidates must reside in the U.S. South East PennsylvaniaVisa sponsorship is not available for this role.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partnersUnderstand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutionsLead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closingCollaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customerRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesProvide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategyAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology fieldsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflowsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)Preferred QualificationsExisting network of contacts within manufacturing or automation sectorsExperience selling complex capital equipment or SaaS-based automation platformsFamiliarity with industrial robotics, machine vision, or motion control systemsCompensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 (plus uncapped target based incentives). We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation — all Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
