Regional Sales Manager-Ohio

About the roleAs a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will drive growth in your territory, develop strong client relationships, and manage customer accounts. You will promote and sell Sprig products, provide product consultations, and travel to dental offices and company events to generate sales and follow up on leads. Key responsibilities include client management, product promotion, territory oversight, market analysis, and achieving sales goals. This is a fully remote position with travel required. This role will support our Ohio and northeastern states' territory. What you'll doAchieve sales quotas through strategic planning and consistent client engagement. Develop and maintain relationships with dentists and dental offices. Identify new clients via networking, education, and outreach. Provide virtual and in-person product consultations and training. Support educational programs and promote event registrations. Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction. Prepare quotes, negotiate agreements, and manage accurate order submissions. Travel to external events for lead generation and direct sales (approx. one weekend/month; overnight travel required). Expected Hours of Work Outside Sales position; Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to accommodate customers in different time zones, with occasional evening and weekend work. QualificationsProven sales experience with quotas and/or territory management. Knowledge of dental practices; RDH experience will be beneficial. Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred.
