Description We are seek in g a dynam i c and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Northeast Territory , Case Packing, and Palletizing Sales Team . T he i dea l cand i date will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceed in g sa l es targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new accounts within the territory. Applicants must reside within the Northeastern region of the United States to be considered for this remote RSM position. Key Responsibilities: Develop and impl ement strateg i c sales plans to ach i eve company goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned te rritory Ac tiv e ly seek out and deve l op new accounts . Bu il d and maintain strong relationships with ex i st in g and potential customers. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends Provide technical expert i se and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing systems. Prepare and de liv er sa l es presentations, proposals, and contacts Co ll aborate with the marketing team to develop promotional Monitor and report on sa l es performance, in clud in g forecasts and budgets . Participate in in dustry trade shows, conferences, and network #LI-LS2 Requirements Qualifications: Bache l or's degree in business, Eng in eer in g, or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of exper i ence in in dustr i al sales, Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems Exce ll ent commun i cat i on, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ab ility to deve l op new business and close sales. Ab ility to travel extens iv e ly within the Northeast territory . Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Su i te.
