The Regional Sales Manager will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed quotas and objectives within the Health amp; Wellness industry. This individual plays a key role in building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody#8217;s values.#160;/ppThe ideal candidate is an optimistic self-starter with proven experience developing relationships with end users and purchasing departments within health and wellness institutions. It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture, where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound.#160;/ppThis is a full-time, remote position at our office located in Midtown Manhattan, NY reporting to the Executive Director, NY.#160;/ppstrongKey Responsibilities#160;/strong/pullistrongDemonstrate, promote, and sell InBody#8217;s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers -/strongulli lang="en-us"Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed quotas.#160;/lili lang="en-us"Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and online channels.#160;/lili lang="en-us"Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and deliver tailored product or solution presentations.#160;/lili lang="en-us"Conduct in-person meetings and visits to customer sites, wellness facilities, and events./li/ul/lilistrongDevelop and foster relationships -#160;/strongulli lang="en-us"Maintain close communication with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention within the fitness, wellness, and corporate market.#160;/li/ul/lilistrongExecute sales strategies -#160;/strongulli lang="en-us"Adhere to current and updated strategies, KPIs, and policies.#160;/lili lang="en-us"Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and product teams to align sales strategies across departments.#160;/li/ul/lilistrongMeet and exceed targets -#160;/strongulli lang="en-us"Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.#160;/li/ul/lilistrongTrack progress and results -#160;/strongulli lang="en-us"Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the CRM system (Zoho). Log activities, update the pipeline, and forecast sales.#160;/li/ul/lilistrongResearch and understand the target market -#160;/strongulli lang="en-us"Stay abreast of health-tech/wellness industry trends, best practices, and InBody#8217;s market opportunities.#160;/li/ul/li/ulpstrongEssential Qualifications#160;/strong/pulli lang="en-us"Reside in NY, NJ, PA, MA, VA, WV, KY, DE, MD, DC, ME, VT, NH, RI, or CT.#160;/liliBachelor#8217;s Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.#160;/lili1+ years of sales experience - including experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a comparable customer-facing sales role - with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota.#160;/liliAbility to handle rejection and maintain a high daily call volume (50+/day).#160;/liliProficiency with CRM software (experience with Zoho preferred).#160;/liliDemonstrated ability to identify and close new business using a consultative and collaborative approach.#160;/liliExcellent organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.#160;/liliExceptional oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.#160;/liliStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.#160;/liliValid driver#8217;s license with a clean driving record.#160;/liliProficiency with Office 365 and ability to type 40+ WPM.#160;/liliTravel for business trips and tradeshows (up to 50% of schedule) with requirement to travel to the NY Office once a month/liliAble to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally (for events/demos) and stand for periods during trade shows if needed.#160;/li/ulpstrongBonus Qualifications#160;/strong/pulliExperience within healthcare, wellness, medical-device, fitness, or research sectors.#160;/liliFamiliarity with client/consultative selling in the health/wellness domain.#160;/liliBachelor#8217;s degree (any major) or equivalent experience; science/health-related background a plus.#160;/liliStrong analytical mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.#160;/li/ulpstrongBenefits*/strong/pulliMedical (PPO), Dental (PPO), Vision (PPO) amp; Life Insurance#160;/lili401(k) plan with company match up to 3%#160;/lili lang="en-us"Competitive PTO package#160;/lili11 annual paid holidays#160;/liliJob-related training reimbursement#160;/liliMonthly internet reimbursement#160;/liliGym membership reimbursement/li/ul*Benefits begin after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and/or other tenure requirements.
