Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all sales management activities for the Automotive market in America region. The primary function of the role is to grow profitable sales through end use specification and channel management while collaborating with various departments.RequirementsMaterial experience in international sales & marketing of technical products in the Heat Shrinkable tubing, wire and cable, connectors, or comparable market.Experience in sales, directly to the OEM, harness makers and equipment manufacturers, especially in the Automotive business.Familiarity with technical selling and channel management concepts.Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.Well-developed contact skillsNegotiation skills/abilitiesMulti–language capability (English, Spanish also recommended)BenefitsAt Mattr, safety comes first!
