Regional Sales Manager

CSG has partnered with an Attachments Manufacturer using a Dealer network for their GTM strategy. This business is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to cover a multi-state Central US region.

What's in it for you:
• Working Environment: Remote role, you are responsible for covering the territory - how you do that is your prerogative. The business measures success on results, not the amount of cold calls made or dealers met that week. Bring in the revenue, make the commission, enjoy your life.
• The business: Smaller organization with you reporting directly to the President. You can enact change through a phone call with one stakeholder, you will not have to communicate through 6 layers of management to make a common sense business decision. The organization has no debt & a lot of stability, with little turnover of the team.
• The opportunity: You can grow this territory significantly, there's low hanging fruit with a lot of the dealer network which a real business driver would be able to convert into cash.
• The commission: 5% of sales revenue on the primary product, 3% of sales through the manufacturers reps into rental houses & 2% of sales revenue of all other product sales. RSM's with some tenure are earning over $200K P/A.

The OTE is $150,000. It's a largely performance driven package, but they can offer the right candidate guaranteed commission so you are not taking a financial step backwards whilst you develop the territory.

What the client wants:
• A business hunter with experience in on-boarding & driving sales through dealer networks in the equipment industry.
• Someone who can effectively manage their own schedule, if you need to be told where to be & when by a manager, you won't be successful in this role.
• Sales experience in the Equipment or Attachment industry, there's a heavy preference for OEM's.
• Understanding of how to motivate & drive product loyalty within the sales teams of dealers, they want the salespeople in the network to want to sell their product as opposed to any competitor. This will be done through providing key product information, sales support & relationship building with the reps.
