What You'll Be Doing As a Regional Sales Manager (General Manager) , you’ll: Coach and Inspire : Motivate and mentor your sales team to achieve big goals. Set and Crush Goals : Establish custom performance targets and lead your team to smash them. Boost Morale : Schedule regular check-ins to keep energy levels high and celebrate wins. Develop Strategy : Use market insights to create innovative plans that drive results. What We're Looking For Are you the type to step up and own the room?
