Regional Sales Executive

The RoleWe’re looking for a driven, self-starting Regional Payments Sales Executive to grow adoption of the myKaarma Payments platform across a large, multi-state territory. This is a true hunter role with industry-leading earning potential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale deployment and long-term customer success.What You’ll DoOwn your territory: Identify, prospect, and close new dealership customers through in-person visits, cold outreach, referrals, and networkingSell consultatively: Deliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly articulate business value—not just featuresBuild relationships: Develop trust with dealership decision-makers and understand their operational and payments needsClose deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms while protecting margin and customer valueHit your number: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsStay sharp: Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes—especially payments compliance by stateKeep it tight: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear sales reportingSupport the handoff: Partner with Payments Deployment and Training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfactionCollaborate: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to drive overall growthWhat We’re Looking ForProven sales experience in automotive and/or payments (automotive fixed operations experience is a strong plus)Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationComfortable selling complex, value-based SaaS solutionsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the fieldTech-savvy with CRM and standard business toolsAdaptable, coachable, and comfortable with feedbackWillingness to travel up to 50% across a multi-state territoryWhy You’ll Love It HereCompetitive base + uncapped commissionHigh autonomy and ownership of your territoryCollaborative, transparent cultureGrowing product with strong market demandReal opportunity to make an impact—and make serious money doing itWe value diverse experiences and backgrounds, so we encourage you to apply if you meet some but not all of the listed qualifications.Total Rewards at myKaarmaAt myKaarma, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that extends beyond the base salary.
