Regional Recruiting Manager (Remote)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support our growing team. As a Regional Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, leading a team of recruiters, and fostering strong relationships with operations leaders to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 6+ Regional Recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team KPIs are met
Develop and execute full-lifecycle recruitment strategies across assigned regions or verticals, leveraging expertise in recruitment sources and innovative candidate sourcing methods
Build and maintain strong relationships with operations leaders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and departmental objectives
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruitment sources, including job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms, to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
Ensure compliance with current legal standards and best practices in recruitment, and lead future hiring process optimizations and improvements
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (dependent on experience and location)

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
Proven leadership background, with experience driving team performance, coaching, and training team members
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, including job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field preferred
