As a Texas Regional Property Manager, you play the critical role of managing multiple residential portfolios, leading and motivating a growing team, and ensuring a white-glove customer service approach is consistently provided to our investors. You’re a results driven, hands-on manager with excellent problem-solving skills, not afraid to tackle challenges head on. You believe in a servant leadership philosophy and go the extra mile to ensure the success of your team and clients. This role will collaborate with other Regional Property Managers to identify pain points and streamline processes and procedures within the Property Management division. What You'll Do Oversee Texas residential portfoliosSuccessfully meet monthly, quarterly and annual performance goals for each portfolioProvide consistent mentorship, training and guidance to Property Managers and team membersConduct monthly one-on-one meetings with each Property Manager to discuss the performance of their assigned portfoliosVisit each office monthly to audit and train on office processes – adopt a “train the manager” approachHost monthly meetings with Property Manager(s)Become an expert in state, county and city housing laws for TexasAudit property management software (AppFolio) monthly and address findings with Property ManagersDelegate to Property Managers, manage time wisely, problem solve, act with integrity and use sound judgementOversee and mange growth of the portfoliosAssist in maintaining positive online review presenceReview, develop and document new processes for efficiencies within Property Management divisionUphold and reinforce company core values and visionHandle any escalated client communications What Qualifies You Texas real estate license Minimum 5+ years as a successful Property Manager, Regional Property Management experience is a plusSingle-family residential experience is highly preferredExperience managing a team of 5+Experience utilizing Property Management software – AppFolio experience is highly preferredSolid proficiency with Excel What Sets You Apart Property management experienceBachelor’s Degree preferredBilingual (English and Spanish) preferredExperience with CRM software, SuiteCRM is a plusQuick learner with a passion for real estateHighly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently
