JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develops, plans and conducts training on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services for sales representatives and reseller partners
Designs training classes and training materials and prepares documentation Conducts sales training needs assessments and analyzes employee training needs to determine requirements for new program development
Monitors and evaluates sales training programs, assesses results and implements enhancements as needed to ensure effectiveness of programs.
KSAs: Developing professional expertise. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined policies, procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Normally receives established instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy
Contributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgments or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals
Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.
May provide limited guidance to lower-level staff.
Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.
Qualifications:
University Degree / Diploma and 2-4 years. May have Masters / Graduate Degree and 0-2 years.

Compensation Range:
$55,300.00 - $103,500.00
Compensation Frequency:
Annual
Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
