Regional Nurse Consultant HGM Salary
The Regional Nurse Consultant works under the direction of the Clinical Operations Director to provide clinical leadership, guidance and education of regulatory compliance of company clinical services in accordance with established policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. The Regional Nurse Consultant works closely with clinical operations and Directors of Nursing to ensure clinical compliance and interacts with the nursing department to improve resident care. The Regional Nurse Consultant makes recommendations for company-wide policies and assures clinical care is adhered to at the facility level. This position will provide services to clients of Health Group Management and traveling throughout the assigned Utah region as assigned.This position requires regular commuting to Lehi, UT, as well as the the ability to travel to local facilities as necessary.RN License required.3-5 years of skilled nursing or healthcare experience required.Must be eligible to obtain DACS clearance.Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable).Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire).Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.Our mission is to stand as an unwavering monument to professionalism, exceptional care, and superior healthcare outcomes.
