What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth within the assigned region
- Establish and maintain relationships with Regional Chain targets, distributors, and broker teams
- Collaborate with key team members to create integrated customer business plans
- Manage a robust pipeline and conduct regular performance reviews with operators
- Support business development activities, including trade shows and market events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably in poultry or protein
- Bachelor of Science degree required
- Proven regional account relationships to drive immediate impact
- Extensive travel required (estimated 50%+)
- Superior planning, organizational, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Proficiency with various computer applications
- Strong presentation abilities and experience in the food service sector
