Position Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Director of Online Education to join our team. As the Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and developing marketing and sales strategies to drive company revenue and increase enrollment rates. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Education, you will lead a team of Online Education Managers and collaborate closely with school districts and organizations to promote our innovative program.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote company initiatives.
Provide direction and support to regional Online Education Managers.
Expand sales opportunities by establishing executive contacts in school districts and organizations.
Develop sales procedures and build a high-performing team.
Conduct market analysis and contribute to the development of business development strategies and marketing plans.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while establishing efficient operational systems.
Create and refine regulations for both the company and customers, ensuring orderly implementation by the team.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of executive-level experience in school districts and/or private schools.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school or school district.
Strong Leadership Skills And Excellent Communication Abilities.
Demonstrated business development capabilities.
Ability to establish rapport with school districts and organizations.
