Earning Potential: $1,000,000+ annuallyRole OverviewWe are seeking an elite Regional Director / Closer with a proven track record selling intangible financial strategies to high‑net‑worth individuals and business owners. This role requires mastery in high‑ticket negotiation, deep understanding of the U.S. Tax Code, and the ability to guide clients through complex structured transactions. You will serve as both a senior closer and a regional relationship leader, ensuring exceptional client experience and final approval of all client documents. This is a 1099, commission only position and you will work from your residence/office. ResponsibilitiesDrive and close high‑ticket tax strategy transactions ($2M+) with HNWI and business ownersLead the full sales cycle from qualification to close, consistently exceeding revenue targetsServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction processReview and approve all client documents for accuracy and complianceCommunicate complex federal tax code implications in a clear, compelling mannerDevelop and refine policies, procedures, and sales processes to increase close ratesImplement strategies to convert qualified leads into long‑term clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfactionMaintain expert‑level knowledge of industry trends, tax strategies, and competitor offeringsDocument all activities, communications, and deal progression in the CRM for accurate reporting
