Regional Director – Clinical Informatics
Job Description: • Lead and develop programs to manage regional team members • Collaborate with operational, clinical and IT leadership • Analyze clinical workflows and promote process changes • Serve as a resource for clinical leadership and staff • Oversee end user optimization and efficiency of clinical systems • Collaborate with IT to resolve outstanding system/application issues Requirements: • Bachelors in Nursing required • Masters in Healthcare Informatics or Nursing required • RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) required • Informatics certification, EPIC Content Builder or Clinical Informaticist preferred • Minimum 10 years in technology and/or healthcare related industry required • Minimum 5 years in clinical practice setting and/or information technology related activities preferred • Minimum 3 years leadership or management experience required • Experience with EPIC EHR inpatient applications and leading a project team required Benefits: • health insurance • retirement plans • paid time off • flexible work arrangements • professional development Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
