Job Summary:
The Regional Credit Manager will be responsible for executing Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit products across Region 8, with a focus on training and guiding store associates to drive retail sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of credit products, sales strategies, and performance metrics, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach, motivate, and train store personnel on effective techniques to drive credit card sales
Partner with Divisional Credit Manager and peer Regional Credit Managers to identify best-in-class industry approaches
Monitor, track, and analyze credit sales results, providing insights and recommendations to store leadership
Develop and maintain relationships with regional and store leadership, business partners, and stakeholders
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies and sound ethical judgment
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of retail operations, sales, or credit services experience
5 years of combined experience in retail sales or credit/financial services (in lieu of degree and other experience requirements)
