Routes: Regional (Southeast), no travel north of OH/IN
Freight: Dry van, 40% live load, 60% drop & hook, 100% no-touch (lumpers paid when required)
Pay: $1,300–$1,500 per week
Mileage Pay: $0.55–$0.65 CPM (based on experience)
Miles: 1,900–2,200 per week
Home Time: Every other week (48-hour reset)
Pet Policy: One dog (under 30 lbs) allowed from Day 1
Rider Policy: Passenger allowed from Day 1
Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)
Perks & Policies:
Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO) – Active after 30 days
Orientation: Paid orientation, trave & hotel
Additional Pay: Detention, layover, and extra stop pay

Recent CDL A Graduates :
Class A CDL & 120+ training hours from an accredited school
Paid training (4–6 weeks, regional & OTR)
$650 per week during training
Home every other week (34–48 hours)
Dog & rider policy applies after training
Requirements:
Age: 21+ with a valid Class A CDL
6 months OTR Experience – Or 1 year in the past 5 years.
Driving Record: No major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
Employment History: Stable 10-year work history with no unexplained gaps
Criminal Record: No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 10 years
Drug Screening: Must pass urine & hair follicle test
