Most of all, we are all proud to say that we have the privilege to work with some of the coolest, smartest and nicest people we know - each other!What your day will look like:Develop the assigned sales territory for company productsDiscover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partnersVisit Customers/partners/consultants at their premisesManage forecasts and achieve quotasIdentify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposalsCoordinate and facilitate communication with Customers and MRsMonitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultantsCoordinate customer, integrator, consultant trainingUpdate and maintain data in CRM or other applicationsAcquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competitionStay abreast of the products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical servicesMore about you: 5+ years experience in Security Industry with VMS and Access Control, CCTV Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience Excellent presentation skills and experience doing client demonstrations Proven sales achievement / track record Strong knowledge of MS Office Must have a valid passport / Driver’s license Technical requirements:Ability to work in a complex sales environment Excellent communication skills Experience in the security industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levels Must have strong time management skills and be a multitasker Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants Able to work independently, within a team environment Let’s talk perks!Language classesTransportation and food allowancesGym passHealth and Dental planLife InsuranceGenetec is an equal opportunity employer; we strive for diversity and inclusion through our hiring approach, as well as through the training and professional development we provide.
