Referrals and Admissions Intake Coordinator
Sevita provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Referrals and Admissions Intake Coordinator, you'll assist clients in making the first step towards their better future by coordinating the collection of pertinent information to match the client with the relevant program(s) to fit their needs.
Requirements
ā¢ Provide compassionate customer service and establish/maintain relationships with referral sources
ā¢ Provide knowledgeable information regarding company services including programs and product lines offered
ā¢ Answer calls and process email, fax, website, and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner
ā¢ Gather and enter necessary data in the intake system (Credible) including demographic, insurance, and desired service information
ā¢ Verify benefits for health insurance using portals (EVS, Tuffs, Availity, Optum, WellCare, etc.)
ā¢ Identify all types of funding possibilities including primary, secondary, and ancillary
ā¢ Responsible for caseload completion including follow-up on incomplete cases
ā¢ Routinely run and analyze reports in regards to productivity
ā¢ Collaborate and communicate issues and concerns with all internal and external staff as necessary
