You’ll represent our company and services in calls and video meetings with potential referral partners and influencers, build long-term relationships, and help guide them through onboarding and partnership development. This is a part-time remote position (about 15–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, understands sales dynamics, and thrives in a performance-based environment. Job Requirements • People-Centric & Consultative: Enjoys understanding goals to offer mutually beneficial solutions. • Direct Referral Channel Experience: Proven history working specifically within referral networks/ecosystems. • Values Referral Relationships: Understands the necessity of strong partnerships for continuous customer acquisition. • Solid Sales Foundation: General sales and service industry experience provides relevant context. • 3+ years of sales experience (experience in moving or home service industries is a plus). • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and online communication tools. • Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently. • Professional communication and relationship-building skills. • Reliable internet connection, cell phone, and computer/laptop. Key Responsibilities • Represent our company and services on calls and video calls with referral partners and influencers. • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with partners through ongoing communication. • Serve as the main point of contact for influencer collaborations, including setting up agreements and managing contracts. • Track meetings, make notes, and manage follow-up tasks in the CRM. • Respond to messages and emails from partners and influencers. • Report progress, challenges, and opportunities to the manager. • Participate in training sessions and apply new skills to strengthen sales performance. • Reliable internet connection, cell phone, and computer/laptop.
