Position Overview
The Referral Agent is responsible for generating new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones. The ideal candidate will focus on building a strong referral network to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify and engage potential referral partners to expand the network.
ā¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster referrals.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with both clients and leads to understand their needs.
ā¢ Utilize sales techniques to promote services and enhance lead generation efforts.
ā¢ Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners through various channels.
ā¢ Negotiate terms and agreements with referrals to maximize mutual benefits.
ā¢ Monitor and track referral performance and client retention metrics.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven experience in sales or a related field.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to network and build relationships.
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
ā¢ Experience in lead generation and client retention strategies.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM tools and referral tracking systems.
