Core Skills
• WMS (Configuration, Support, Enhancements)
• Warehouse Operations: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Shipping
• Integration: ERP systems, EDI, batch processing
• SQL, UNIX/Linux, system troubleshooting
• Incident & Problem Management (ITIL-based AMS)
AWS Migration Experience
• Key contributor in migration of WMS from on-prem to AWS (EC2, RDS)
• Supported data validation, interface synchronization, and cutover execution
• Conducted post-migration reconciliation (inventory, orders, batch jobs)
• Worked with infra teams for performance tuning & issue resolution
Recent Experience
• Supported NJ-based retail distribution operations
• Managed high-priority issues during cloud transition phase
• Improved system uptime to ~99.4% post AWS migration
