We’re looking for someone who truly lives on Reddit. Not just a poster a reader, a feeler, a signal-catcher. Someone who understands how subreddits breathe and what makes a post rise versus get downvoted to oblivion. Bonus if you’ve ever moderated a subreddit or helped shape one behind the scenes. This isn’t just engagement or “Reddit marketing.” This is about tapping into the culture respectfully, intelligently and quietly helping shape narratives over time in an ecosystem that values authenticity above all. You might be: • A longtime Redditor with a 5+ year account and karma in the thousands • A former mod or subreddit contributor who understands the real power of phrasing, timing, and OP psychology • A copywriter or strategist who gets Reddit’s emotional tempo, especially in niche or even contentious communities • Or just someone who reads deeply and knows exactly when to comment and when to shut up The project: We’re quietly building something special an education-based community ecosystem around sustainability, aftercare, and fixing the broken systems we all complain about.
