We are a B2C subscription-based Seedbox company looking for an experienced Reddit Marketing / Reddit Growth Consultant to help us build a long-term, sustainable Reddit presence.

Our goal is to improve our brand perception within Reddit communities related to torrenting, privacy, and seedboxes, while building authority and trust through valuable engagement rather than promotion.

We are not looking for spam tactics or short-term hacks. We want a strategic expert who deeply understands Reddit culture and can help us define a long-term Reddit playbook.

Requirements

================

- Proven experience with Reddit community building

- Proven experience with organic Reddit growth strategies

- Experience managing brand perception on Reddit

- Strong understanding of Reddit culture and etiquette

- Experience engaging in technical communities

- Deep knowledge of subreddit rules and moderation dynamics

- Experience avoiding shadow bans and Reddit anti-spam systems

- Ability to design strategic frameworks and KPI dashboards

- Strong communication skills and ability to document playbooks
