Recruitment Specialist Needed for Cairo Call Center Team

We’re expanding our operations into Cairo, Egypt, and are looking for a local recruiting expert to help us build a team of 10 call center agents. This is a freelance role with the possibility of full-time employment as an Operations Associate or Office Manager once our physical office is launched.

About Us:

We currently operate call centers in Manila, Sarajevo, and have our headquarters in Chicago. We specialize in U.S.-based sales and support for service contracts (home and auto warranties). Cairo is our next key location — and we’re looking for someone who can lead the buildout of the local team.

Your Role:

Source and screen top-tier call center talent based in Cairo or willing to relocate there

Assemble a team of 10 agents who will train remotely from home for 1–2 months

Ensure all hires meet standards in English fluency, communication, and sales aptitude

Collaborate directly with our U.S. operations team to align hiring with training and office goals

Compensation:

$10/hour base pay

$100 bonus for every rep successfully hired and onboarded

$250 bonus for each rep who remains on the team for 6+ months

Opportunity for full-time employment in an operations or leadership role

Requirements:

Based in Cairo or nearby

Fluent in English and Arabic

Proven experience in recruiting call center or customer service reps

Highly organized, professional, and responsive
