Overview

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving employer brand awareness, candidate engagement, and talent attraction initiatives across digital platforms. This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies that support hiring goals through social media, content creation, and candidate experience platforms including iCIMS and Candidate Experience Management (CXM) tools.

The ideal candidate brings creativity, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for storytelling to effectively engage target talent audiences and elevate the company’s employer brand.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Central Standard Time)
Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, email, career sites, and digital platforms
Create, write, proofread, and edit compelling recruitment marketing content including social media posts, employer branding materials, job advertisements, internal communications, and candidate-facing messaging
Manage and optimize employer brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, and career websites
Support recruitment marketing initiatives within iCIMS/CXM platforms, including talent community engagement, automated candidate campaigns, and candidate journey communications
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams on hiring campaigns, hard-to-fill roles, hiring events, and recruitment advertising strategies
Research and recommend innovative sourcing, advertising, and social engagement opportunities to attract top talent
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment marketing effectiveness
Maintain candidate databases, reporting dashboards, and audit online recruitment activities for accuracy and effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally on employer branding projects, recruitment events, and talent attraction initiatives
Assist with content development for presentations, recruitment materials, hiring campaigns, and internal communications

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction, employer branding, social media marketing, or digital marketing
Experience supporting Talent Acquisition teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in copywriting, proofreading, and business writing
Experience managing social media platforms and recruitment marketing campaigns
Experience using social media management platforms, Canva, ATS systems, and digital recruitment marketing tools
Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Experience working within iCIMS & CXM platforms
Experience with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies

Compensation

$68,000 - $77,000 per year
