Recruitment Coordinator

The role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage communication, and help drive an efficient hiring process across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment activities
Support recruiters with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach when needed
Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring teams
Help track recruitment metrics and support reporting needs
Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners as needed
Assist with offer processes and pre-onboarding activities
We expect you to have:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus
A collaborative and proactive mind set
It would be a nice bonus if you had:
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
Familiarity with recruitment compliance and best practices
Passion for creating great candidate and hiring team experience
Experience with Greenhouse
