At Life Plus, we're on the hunt for a superstar Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and fun-loving team temporary services team based in Parnell!
This isn't just any desk - it's a busy desk where no two days are ever the same.
You'll be matching amazing healthcare staff with clients who need them most, all while keeping the wheels turning and bringing your energy (and sense of humour!) into the mix.

About the Role
• Recruiting top talent for temporary and contract roles across the healthcare sector.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike - you'll be the connector who makes things happen.
• Managing a fast-paced desk - sourcing, interviewing, marketing, and supporting our incredible temp staff.
• Growing our client base with business development and candidate promotion, and most importantly suppprting our longstanding highly valued clients.
About You
• You're positive, driven, and full of energy.
• Communication is your superpower - you connect with people easily.
• You can balance autonomy with teamwork - knowing when to hustle solo and when to collaborate.
• You bring initiative, creativity, and a wicked sense of humour (a must in our office!).
• As passion for recruitment; you need to be experienced, ideally in healthcare
