Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Assistant at The Uwit Job, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Candidate Sourcig: Utilize various channels to identify and engage potential candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews to facilitate the hiring process.
Administrative Support: Provide crucial administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
