Recruiting Specialist for North American market

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Specialist to join our team, focusing on the North American market, including both the USA and Canada. This role involves sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates using a variety of tools and platforms, screening and interviewing candidates, and managing the end-to-end placement process. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of immigration processes and provide exceptional customer service while advising clients on effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage public-facing job postings counseling clients on strategies to attract and onboard talent.
• Conduct direct head-hunting activities to attract high-quality candidates.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans and manage the end-to-end placement process.
• Source and recruit top talent across the North American market using various tools such as our proprietary database, referrals, LinkedIn, public job-boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), direct head-hunting, and networking events.
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring they meet client requirements and match their needs, while charting career paths for them to achieve their professional goals.
• Navigate immigration processes, including H1B visas, permanent residency in the USA, and immigration requirements for Canada.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in the USA and/or Canada.
• Proven experience in technology recruiting, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, and embedded systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Extensive experience in handling various immigration needs of candidates and evaluating the viability of new hires from a commercial and immigration standpoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
