Recruiting SpecialistLocation: Zagreb, hybridWe’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our Global People and Culture team and help us find the best talent to grow our company. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our teams with top-tier professionals across technical roles (analytics, engineering, science, and more) and commercial roles (sales, marketing, people, finance, and operations).What you’ll do:Technical Sourcing - Using our ATS & Linked In to assess applications, as well as proactively finding matching candidates to our requirements (Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers etc)Manage the full recruitment process—from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offer stagesWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamicsWrite and post engaging job ads across relevant platformsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessmentsCoordinate and schedule interviewsProvide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the processKeep our ATS up to date and ensure all documentation is handled efficientlySupport employer branding efforts through events, social media, and content (optional but welcome!)Stay on top of hiring trends and continuously look for ways to improve our processWhat we’re looking for:Experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition position, ideally in a tech start upExperience hiring technical rolesComfort using ATS tools and LinkedIn as part of your sourcing strategyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational skills and attention to detailA proactive and collaborative mindsetExcellent English (written and spoken)What we offer:A supportive, friendly team and the freedom to grow your skillsOpportunities to work on different aspects of people operationsInvolvement in shaping a great candidate experience and company cultureAttractive salary and benefitsYou will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the tableTake part in activities organized by the Syntio Sports and Social ClubThe Power Business SchoolIf you love connecting with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to help build teams that thrive—this might be the role for you.
