They are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Specialist to manage candidate activity, conduct phone screens, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesManage the top of funnel candidate activity to include reviewing inbound candidate applications and evaluating qualifications to identify the strongest candidates based on defined criteriaConduct initial candidate phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience and culture fitCollaborate with team members to ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring processPerform full cycle recruiting for select assigned positions as neededMaintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcomeSkillsBachelor's degree required1-2 years of relevant recruiting experienceExperience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualificationsExperience in conducting qualifying phone screensStrong attention to detail, organizational and time management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google SuitePassionate about education and technologyBenefitsBenefitsCompany OverviewAt IXL Learning, we are passionate about improving learning for all.
