About the RoleAs a Recruiting Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in building our talent pipeline. You’ll partner closely with the team to understand hiring needs, proactively source high-quality candidates, and create strategies to engage top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the team to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profilesProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channelsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future rolesConduct initial outreach and engagement with candidates to generate interest in opportunitiesMaintain accurate data and candidate information in our ATS/CRM systemsResearch and experiment with new sourcing tools, channels, and methods to improve resultsShare market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with the recruiting teamHelp drive diversity sourcing initiatives to attract a broad range of candidatesQualifications3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidatesOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
