Read more in our Bloomberg funding announcement here . About the Role As a Recruiting Sourcer at Solace, you will be the engine that powers our hiring. You'll focus exclusively on sourcing, identifying, and engaging exceptional talent across multiple domains. You'll own the top of the funnel and build targeted pipelines, running structured first-round screens. This role is ideal for someone who loves the hunt: finding the right profiles, crafting compelling outreach, and building long-term relationships with top-tier talent. You will flex across multiple searches with defined headcount targets and play a critical part in helping Solace scale. What You'll Do Source and engage talent across targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and whatever else works. Build and manage pipelines for multiple active searches with clear headcount targets. Run structured first-round screens to assess motivation, fit, and alignment with Solace's values. Keep pipelines clean in our ATS (Ashby). Deliver sharp candidate summaries that give hiring managers what they need to make fast decisions. Partner with the recruiting team to refine search strategies and improve what isn't working. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, agency background strongly preferred. Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch — not inherit warm lists, but go find people and make them interested. Skilled in Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative search techniques. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously. High agency. Once the frameworks are clear, you run.
