You’ll be the backbone of our hiring process - holding and scheduling interviews, maintaining the candidate pipeline and recruiting systems, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that offers exposure to high-growth operations and talent workflows. You’ll work closely with the Leadership team and hiring managers to keep the process moving efficiently, while helping maintain the standards and systems that make Casa’s hiring experience exceptional.What You'll Be Responsible ForSchedule interviews and manage candidate communications across multiple time zones and teamsPerform candidate sourcing and outreachScreen candidates for initial fitMonitor pipeline health and data integrity across all open rolesEnsure candidates have all necessary information before interviews and follow-ups afterwardGenerate regular reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and interview volumeMaintain a positive candidate experience, representing Casa’s brand and valuesAssist with background checks, offer letters, and onboarding logistics as neededHelp identify opportunities to improve scheduling, candidate communication, and operational efficiencyDocument recruiting processes and ensure team alignmentSupport ad hoc recruiting projects and events, referral programs, etcAbout YouYou’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy coordinating logistics, communicating clearly, and keeping multiple priorities moving smoothly.
