Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Utilize a variety of social sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates and build a robust pipeline.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.Track department KPI's and coach talent to ensure performance alignmentExcellent relationship management and collaboration skills, with proven ability to partner, influence and create trust-based, value-added relationships in a global, matrixed environment.Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving, with a strong ability to analyze information, weigh options and take initiative to resolve issues effectively.Recruit as needed and be a player/coach for your team,

What you bring to the team:
High School Diploma or GED6+ years of experienceCompetitive, go-getter with highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing.Self-motivated business-minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment, with strong negotiating skills
Nice to Have:
Healthcare Staffing industry experience preferably PRN contracts
