About the Opportunity
MyThorneAI is now recruiting High School and College educators for paid Summer and Fall pilot program opportunities designed to help students build real-world job skills, explore career pathways, and prepare for employment outcomes.
We are seeking College and High School CTE instructors, Transition Specialists, and Special Education Teachers who want to bring a structured, engaging, and outcomes-driven career readiness experience into their classrooms.
Note: MyThorneAI is not geared towards K-8 Audiences at this time.
This pilot combines a TEKS- and Common Core-aligned curriculum with interactive, real-world simulations, allowing students to actively practice workplace skills tied to real career pathways.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Implement a career readiness and workforce-aligned curriculum
• Facilitate hands-on, career-based simulations aligned with CTE pathways
• Support students in developing:
• Workplace communication
• Professional behavior
• Problem-solving
• Career exploration
• Integrate seamlessly into your existing classroom or summer programming
• Provide light feedback on student engagement and outcomes
What We Provide
• Paid participation for both Summer and Fall pilot sessions
• Full access to TEKS- and Common Core-aligned curriculum
• Flexible implementation options:
• Summer programs
• CTE courses
• Transition services
• Lessons available in:
• Quarter format
• Semester format
• Full 52-week structure
• Ready-to-use materials (no prep required)
• Career simulations aligned with real workforce pathways
• Ongoing support throughout the pilot

• Fall Pilot (4 weeks)
• Compensation: Paid participation (details provided upon selection)
• Time Commitment: Flexible, integrated into your schedule
• Location: Your classroom or program site
