Recruiting Coordinator-III
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment operations, ensuring smooth and compliant hiring and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and customer support within recruiting operations.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage and field JIRA tickets in Service Desk for recruiting.
ā¢ Ensure compliance and quality assurance within ATS and HRIS systems.
ā¢ Support onboarding processes, including requisition creation, background checks, and data accuracy.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams like HR, IT, and recruiting teams to improve processes.
ā¢ Utilize tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, GEM, and Goodtime for recruitment operations.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications:
ā¢ 3+ years of experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), HRIS (Workday), and JIRA ticketing.
ā¢ Background in recruiting coordination, people operations, or HRIS analysis.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree preferred.
ā¢ Flexible to work across time zones; PST is a plus.
