They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and managing various administrative tasks related to hiring.ResponsibilitiesDrive the Candidate Experience: Provide vital support to the Talent Operations team by scheduling and coordinating a high volume of interviews across a variety of levels and departments, ensuring every candidate feels valuedPartner on Executive Scheduling: Collaborate closely with our Executive Assistants to navigate complex calendars and ensure a seamless, highly organized interview experience for leadership rolesHost the Onsite Experience: Serve as the welcoming face of RVO Health for in-person interviews!
