The Recruiting Coordinator will manage all aspects of the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and supporting the Software Engineering teams with logistics and communication.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported and informedManage complex scheduling via Greenhouse and internal tools, ensuring every interview packet and calendar invite is flawlessWeekly go into the San Francisco office to greet Software Engineering candidates, manage logistics for onsite interview days, and working closely with our senior leaders up to the C-SuiteCommunicate confidently and professionally with senior leadership and high-level R&D stakeholdersChampion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new officesSkillsAbility to commute to the San Francisco office 2 times weekly for in-person interview daysAt least 1+ years of high-volume scheduling, administration, or project coordinationStrong communication ability with the skill to draft professional, clear, and empathetic correspondenceExtreme attention to detail; you catch the small errors that others missExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environment where priorities shift quicklyExperience with Greenhouse ATS and Google WorkspaceGuide experience is a plusA proven track record of improving processes rather than just following themExperience coordinating for technical or engineering teamsBenefitsFlexible, employee-led remote modelProfessional development stipendComprehensive health and parental leave plansCompany OverviewSamsara is digitizing the world of physical operations.
