Recruiting Coordinator

Bayview Asset Management is an investment management firm focused on mortgage and consumer credit investments. They are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support talent acquisition efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and time zones Partner with the recruiters in developing and maintaining a positive relationship with candidates throughout their interview process Maintain and update candidates the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and next steps Help organize recruiting and employer branding initiatives Prepare and send offer letters and assist with pre-employment processes Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and partners with the Talent Management team in making any necessary changes Other duties as assigned to support recruiting and talent management Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years' experience in recruiting or Human Resources Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCims, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus Benefits Opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation Company Overview Bayview Asset Management, LLC (“Bayview”), initially founded in 1993, is a global alternative investment firm that provides flexible capital solutions while seeking to produce attractive risk-adjusted returns for its clients.
