Recruiting Coordinator

They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience by coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews Work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes Collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles Help to identify and improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations seamless Be an advocate for DEI both internally and externally Support the recruiting team with ad-hoc projects as needed Skills 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role 4+ years of overall work experience Experience working with applicant tracking systems Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice You are curious.
