Recruiting Consultant – Contract

Job Description:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned client roles, including intake calls, job posting development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring goals, and timelines, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Source and engage candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assess qualifications, and present high-quality candidate recommendations to clients
• Ensure all recruiting practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices
• Serve as a primary point of contact for recruiting-related client requests and questions
• Support broader HR consulting needs as assigned, which may include process setup, creation of recruiting tools and templates, and market research
• Track recruiting activity, progress, and outcomes, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
• Accurately track time and work performed for each assigned client
• Identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities across recruiting engagements and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with other consultants and internal team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Demonstrate a service excellence mindset in all interactions with candidates, clients, and colleagues
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and candidate information

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
• Experience managing multiple recruiting projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong client service orientation and professional judgment
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Consulting experience preferred
