Job description:
This role focuses on recruiting and onboarding expert witnesses for legal cases. You'll connect with potential experts through calls and emails, and guide new experts through our onboarding process with orientation calls.
We are seeking a highly-organized, detailed, motivated, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Professional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is comfort with sending multiple emails and making outgoing calls daily. Performance will be evaluated based on meeting weekly goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Sales/recruiting experience preferred
• Reside in California, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Nevada, or Texas
• Ability to start right away, working remote, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
• Must have working laptop, internet, and phone
Compensation
• Starting at $25 per hour, with commission potential to earn closer to $40 per hour depending on success
Schedule
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
