About the position

Responsibilities
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

• Produce postings to attract the best potential candidates; use strategies likely to increase visibility on the web and social media.

• Advise managers and leaders in the selection of internal and external candidates in accordance with internal practices and applicable standards.

• Support the workforce planning process.

• Assist in planning and execution of special recruiting events.

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
Requirements
• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)

• Bachelor of Arts or Science required
,
• 3+ years Full Cycle Recruiting experience required
,
• Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (PHR)
