We’re seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll help identify and attract top-tier talent, drive sourcing strategies, and support hiring initiatives—all while contributing to a collaborative, high-engagement culture that values transparency, honesty, and integrity.

What You’ll Do
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
• Engage with potential candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Slack, and AI sourcing tools.
• Craft compelling outreach messages and follow-ups to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Summaries & Insights
• Draft insightful candidate summaries that outline qualifications, motivations, salary expectations, and more.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
• Identify qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring feedback.
Candidate Relationship Management
• Track and analyze conversion rates, from passive candidates to hires.
• Manage candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Re-engage past applicants about new opportunities.
Employer Branding & Referrals
• Represent our employer brand—and our clients’—positively online and offline.
• Generate referrals through employee networks and social channels.
Team Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with colleagues via platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Healthcare CPG or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing techniques, including social recruiting and Boolean searches.
• Proficiency with HR tools, including ATS and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Suite (Teams, Word, Excel).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Residing in EST or CST time zones for optimal team collaboration.
